1988 BMW 325i CONVERTIBLE

**5speed** The car is Light Blue, with dark blue leather sport seats and black interior trim. Top is dark blue. Body is in very good condition with no significant dings or dents.


*Most records since new, original owner was meticulous.
*Originaly purchased new in Denver at Murray Motors and picked-up in GERMANY, thru BMW overseas pick-up program. (NOT grey market)-Was drivin all thru Germany, including The Autobahn
*One owner since new, until 2 mos. ago.
*NEW Clutch, OEM installed three weeks ago by BMW Certified shop, have records.
*New Rear Main Seal,OEM same time as clutch *New Shift Coupler as well
*NEW Radiator, OEM installed by same certified BMW shop, have records.
*Replaced transmission with newer tranny from a '91 BMW 325is, shifts perfectly, have records. (orig. tranny was crunching a bit into 3rd gear, so while swaping transmission, did new clutch.)
*Top was replaced a few years back, I believe the record for that is present, but you can see for youself it looks only a year or two old. It retracts correctly and looks great.
*This car was always garaged.
*NEW, (less than two years) COMPLETE muffler system, from engine exhaust manifold all the way back to tailpipe, higher end BOSAL system, not midas or meineke.
*Tires have approx. 65% tread more or less, remaining, all 4 match.
*Brakes have 40-50% (est) remaining, rotors all smooth and unwarped.
*Front end was re-done not too long ago, steers straight, feels ABSOLUTELY SOLID and very tight, even at higher speeds.
*No noise from rear axle.
*Interior is very good, a couple of tears are present on driver seat (has $100.00 black leather seat cover) and a tear or two on the top of rear seat,where they often tear.
*Entire control panel is near perfect.
*No cracks in dash, none.
*Original BMW radio/cassette, all speakers are fine.
*Rims all very good cond.

Car needs an oil pan gasket, have steering rack to install when doing pan gasket(no extra labor charge that way) Could use rear shock mounts, not urgent, could use right control arm, 65.00 for parts-ebay/1hr labor. Tire not yet wearing unevenly. Timing belt will be due in about 25,000-30,000 miles. They should be done every 60k or 5 years- Orig. owner did it every 50,000 mi and the odometer is at 180,000 now.The tranny has 102k miles.The windshield is clear and in pretty good shape, minor nick top right. Suspension feels good.

Paint is in very good condition overall. This is a great car at a fair price.
